摘要
纯铜片植入兔眼玻璃体内,利用放射免疫的方法^(131)I静脉注射后观察1周、3周时前房水放射性物质的脉冲数,并进行定量分析及统计学处理,同时观察超微结构的变化,证实了损伤部位,进一步证明了铜对眼组织的损伤与血-房水屏障的开放有直接关系.
The copper piece was implanted into vitreous of rabbits and^131 I injected intravenously. By radioimmunoassay, we observated the pulse numbers of radioactive matter in aqueous after 3 and 6 weeks. Quantitative analysis and statistic processing were did. Meanwhile, we observated the changing of ultrastructural and verified the location of an injury. This further proved the direct relationship between copper damage and opening of blood-aqueous barried.
