冷冻和虹膜板层嵌顿治疗新生血管性青光眼

Treatment of neovascular glaucoma by means of cry-ocautery and lamellar iridencleisis.

报告11例11眼新生血管性青光眼.采用巩膜面近半周冷冻和虹膜根部舌状瓣嵌于巩膜层间手术方法,同时合并病因治疗.随访2月～2年,平均9.7月,收到满意效果.眼压下降明显,视力提高,虹膜新生血管大部分吸收和减少,眼痛消失保存眼球.

Eleven eys of 11 cases suffered from glaucoma neovascular glaucoma were operated on by freezing nearly semi-periphery of the sclera suface and blocking lingular iris flap incarcerating in layers of the sclera. Satisfied curative effect was achieved on an average of 9. 7 months (2-24months) follow-up. The intraocularpressure dropped obviously and vision improved. Regenerative blood vessels on iris are largely absorbed and reduced. Eye-pain subsided and the eyeballs were saved.
