徐长卿中异丹皮酚的结构测定

STRUCTURE DETERMINATION OF ISO-PAEONOI FROM CYNANCHUM PANICULATUM

徐长卿是常用中草药。其化学成分研究除对主要活性成分丹皮酚有报道外,未曾报道其他成分。本文分离到的七个化合物是硬脂酸癸酯、蜂花烷、十六烯、D-赤丝草醇、β-谷甾醇、丹皮酚及异丹皮酚。

Seven chemical constituents were isolated from the Cynanchum paniculatum(Bunge) K. Schum. One of them was found to be iso-paeonol (3-hydroxy-4-mthoxy-acetophenone.The structure of iso-paeonol was elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic anlysis and synthesis. Other constituents were identified to be paeonol,sitosterol,erythritol triacontane, stearic acid decyl ester, hexadecene.
