我们报告一种适用于无晶体眼,锯齿缘裂孔和不易找到裂孔的视网膜脱离手术方法,在眼球4个象限的巩膜面各做1个达1/2巩膜厚度2～3mm宽的巩膜攀,用2.5mm硅胶带穿过4个象限的巩膜攀及4条直肌进行环扎术,使环礼带位十最容易发生视网膜裂孔的玻璃体基底部后缘,并介绍了手术适应症及效果.

We report a technique for repair of retinal detachment in aphakia,retinal breaks at the ora serrata.and small retinal breaks that defy detection. Two radial cuts of one-half scleral thickness are made in each quadrant. Scleral belt loops are useful as encircling bands. A 2. 5mm silicone encircling band with belt loop is recommended for all cases. The encircling band covers the posterior edge of the vitreous base, where most breaks occur. The surgical indications and results are described.
