摘要
提出两次滤波三孔剪切干涉法,利用该技术消除混在曲率条纹中的斜率条纹,从而高质量研测纯曲率条纹。
In this paper,a new method of speckle shearing photography is pro- posed.The pure curvature information can be obtained by using the double-filtering technique.Optical system of wedge-type three-aperture speckle shearing camera is il- lustrated,and its operating principle is analyzed.The camera proposed in this paper provides an important method for study on thin plate bending.
