AN EXPONENTIAL INFUSION METHOD FOR THE RAPID ATTAINMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF A STEADY STATE PLASMA LEVEL

摘要 本文提出一种指数输注法,通过首次给予负荷剂量,同时进行单指数输注,即可达到并维持在期望的稳态血药浓度。有关方程是根据双指数衰减动力学性质的线性乳突状模型,经卷积积分方法解得的。本文尚指出如何付诸实施。 An exponential infusion method is presented, hoping that a desired steady state plasma drug concentration can be instantaneously achieved and maintained by the intravenous administration of an initial bolus loading dose in conjunction with an monocxponential intravenous drug infusion. Based on a drug with bicxponential declining kinetics, the equations were derived for a linear mamillary model, with convolution integration method. A detailed implementing procedure of the given approach is also offered.
