摘要
木耳多糖、银耳多糖和银耳孢子多糖可明显降低高脂血症大鼠血清游离胆固醇、胆固醇酯、甘油三酯、β-脂蛋白含量,降低高胆固醇血症小鼠血清总胆固醇含量。并可防止高胆固醇引起的小鼠高胆固醇血症的形成。
Auricularia auricula polysaccharide (AP), Tremella fuciformis polysaccharide (TP) and Tremella fuciformis spores polysaccharide (TSP) markedly lowered total cholesterol (TC), free cholesterol (Free Ch), cholesterol ester (ChE) and β-lipoprotcin contents (β-Lp) in serum of rats with hyperlipidemia and reduced TC in scrum of mice with hyperlipidemia. The formation of hypercholesterolemia in mice fed with high cholesterol forage was prevented by AP, TP and TSP.
