攀枝花选钛厂废弃的-0.04mm的磁选尾矿中金属分布率高达39.19%,文中论述了有效回收这部分细粒钛铁矿对充分利用国家资源和提高攀矿企业经济效益所具有的重大意义,并推荐采用离心.离心-强磁-浮硫的选别流程和建设适当规模的氧化球团厂以有效回收这部分资源。
The metal content in the tailings(grain size of minus 0.04mm)of magnetic separation disposed from Panzhihua concentrator is as high as 39.19%。Consequently,the effective recovery of the fine-grained ilmenite fraction contained in these tailings is very important for the comprehensive utilization of national resources and for the improvement of economic profits of Panzhihua mining Co.The application of dressing process of“centrif.s.-centrif.s.-HIMS-float.”and the construction of a pelletizing plant of proper scale were recommended.
