摘要
在甲酸-氢氧化钠缓冲体系中,盐酸吗啉胍在-1.34V(vs.SCE)产生一灵敏的极谱峰,峰电流与吗啉胍浓度在0.05~1.10μg/ml范围内有极好的线性关系,测定下限为0.025μg/ml。本法操作简便、快速、灵敏、结果准确。
In HCOOH-NaOH buffer solution(pH3.8),a sensitive reduction wave of moroxydine hydrochloride was obtained at-1.34V(vs,SCE)by single sweep oscillopolarography.An excellent linear relationship between the peak current and the concentration of moroxydine hydrochloride has been found in the range of 0.0~1. 10 μg/ml.The detection limit was 0.025μg/ml.This method is simple,rapid,sensitive and accurate.
