摘要
在甲酸－氢氧化钠缓冲体系中，盐酸吗啉胍在－１．３４Ｖ（ｖｓ．ＳＣＥ）产生一灵敏的极谱峰，峰电流与吗啉胍浓度在０．０５～１．１０μｇ／ｍｌ范围内有极好的线性关系，测定下限为０．０２５μｇ／ｍｌ。本法操作简便、快速、灵敏、结果准确。
In HCOOH-NaOH buffer solution(pH3.8),a sensitive reduction wave of moroxydine hydrochloride was obtained at-1.34V(vs,SCE)by single sweep oscillopolarography.An excellent linear relationship between the peak current and the concentration of moroxydine hydrochloride has been found in the range of 0.0～1. 10 μg/ml.The detection limit was 0.025μg/ml.This method is simple,rapid,sensitive and accurate.
