摘要
本文采用薄层荧光色谱内标法测定湖北山楂ＣｒａｔａｅｇｕｓｈｕｐｅｈｅｎｓｉｓＳａｒｇ．中熊果酸的含量，以人参二醇作内标物，甲苯－醋酸乙酯－醋酸（１２：５：０．６）作展开剂，喷以１０％硫酸乙醇溶液，在激发波长３６５ｎｍ处，用单波长荧光反射法进行线性扫描测定。回收率为１００．７６％，ＲＳＤ＝２．１４％（ｎ＝３）。该方法灵敏、准确。
The content of ursolic acid in Crataegus hupehensis Sarg,has been determined by TLC-fluorescence scanning. Using panaxadiol as internal standard,the sample were developed with tolueme-ethyl acetate-acetic acid(12:5:0.6)and sprayed with 10%sulfuric acid in ethanol,the plate was scanned at 365nm in the fluorescence linear scan mode,The average recovery was 100.8%,RSD=2.14%(n=3).The method is sensitive and accurate.
