摘要
本文对不同产地、不同时间采收的蔓荆子中牡荆素和对羟基苯甲酸进行了反相薄层色谱定量分析、比较。考察了多种因素对分析的影响，同时优化了实验条件，用于蔓荆子中上述两成分的分析，简便，重现性好，平均回收率分别为９３．９％、９１．２％。
This paper reports the quantitative analysis and relative studies about vitexin and p-hydroxybenzoic acid in Fructus Viticis(shrub chastetree fruit) grown in three districts and different collecting times using RP-TLC.The experimental conditions were explored.A RP- TLC method was established for the determination of vitexin and p- hydroxybenzoic acid in the samples. The method is simple,accurate and reliable.The average recoveries of two components are 93.9%and 91.2%,respectively.
