摘要
本法改进了ＵＳＰ和ＢＰ中鉴别人、牛及猪胰岛素属性的色谱条件。用这３种中的１种已知胰岛素为对照，以其相对保留值，可以鉴定出这３种胰岛素中的任何１种。该法比ＵＳＰ和ＢＰ法简便。
An improved RP-HPLC method was established for identification of human, bovine or porcine insulin.Using a known kind of insulin as the standard ,these three kinds of insulin could be identified by means of their relative retention times.This method is simpler and easier than that in USP and BP.
