摘要
本文报道了红景天中红景天甙和酪醇的反相HPLC测定方法。采用HypersylODS柱,水-甲醇-乙腈(70:25:5)为流动相。应用二极管阵列检测器对峰纯度进行检测,保证了所测峰为纯峰。测定了不同种不同产地的9种红景天样品中红景天甙和酪醇的含量。
A simple and accurate method for determination of salidroside and tyrosol in Hongjingtian(rhizorne of Rhodiola) has been developed.Samples were immersed in 60% EtOH for 24h at room temperature,the extacted solution was directly injected into the HPLC system.Using Hypersyl ODS column (5μm,4.6mm×100mm) with water-methanol-acetonitrile(70:25:5)as mobile phase and DAD (diode-array detector) with detection wavelength at 270nm, bond width 10nm, reference wavelength 500nm,bond width 80nm.salidroside and tyrosol were well seperated.The purity of the analysed peaks was checked bv DAD. The recoveries are 98.1%(salidroside) and 101.8%(tyrosol).The RSD is <2.4%. Using this method,the contents of salidroside and tyrosol in nine samples(seven species,two different inhibitants) were determined.
