摘要
通过钴(Ⅱ)催化H2O2氧化茜素红褪色反应体系的新催化光度法。本法灵敏度高,选择性好除Ag^+,Mn^2+外其余共存离子基本无干扰,精密度高,用于药物维生素B12中钴(Ⅱ)的含量测定,结果满意。
New catalytic-kinetic photometic method has been introduced with cobalt catalytic oxidation of alizarin red S by hydrogen peroxide.The method is found to have higher selectivity and precision.It has been used to determination of the content of cobalt in vitamin B12 with satisfactory results.
