右苄替米特与苯海索治疗药源性静坐不能的随机对照双盲试验

Dexetimide and Benzhexolum in the Treatment of Drug-induced Akathisia: A Double-blind controlled Trial

对右苄替米特和苯海索治疗神经阻滞剂致静坐不能56例进行了双盲对照研究.右苄替米特0.55mg/d,苯海索6mg/d,疗程均为1周.结果显示,两药疗效相仿,两药不良反应均轻微,提示右苄替米特是一种有效的抗静坐不能药.

It is carried out that a double-blind control study on the effect of dexetimide and benzhex-olum in the treatment 56 patients with neuroleptic-induced akathisia. They received dexetimide 1 mg/d. po, for 1 wk; benzhexolum 6 mg/d, po, for 1 wk. The results showed that efficacies of two drugs were almost the same. Adverse reactions of two drugs were mild. Our results showed that dexetimide was a effective drug of treating akathisia.
