本文建立了用紫外分光光度法测定丹皮酚－β－环糊精包合物含量的方法，用石油醚（９０～１２０℃）作溶剂，检验波长为３１６ｎｍ，测定溶液的线性范围为４～２０μ／ｇ／ｍｌ，ｒ＝０．９９９９，吸收系数（Ｅ（１ｃｍ）（１％））为３９６。本法操作简便，重现性好，结果准确。
