摘要 BDDM对豚鼠心乳头状肌有剂量依赖性负性变力作用;可延长FBP;降低自律性。BDDM和Ver可使CaCl_2量效曲线非平行右移,pD_2’值为4.03和5.46;BDDM也使Iso,His的量效曲线非平行右移,pD_2’值分别是4.12和5.38。 4,4'-Bis (dimethyl amino)-diphenyl methane (BDDM)significantly elicited dose-dependent negative inotropic effect and prolonged the functional refractory period (FRP),decreased automaticity in guinea pig papillary muscles; but exerted no effect on the excitability.BDDM and verapamil antagonized the effect of Ca2+ non-compe-titively,the pD2' values were 4.03 and 5.46respectively.It could also make the does-response curves of isoproterenol and hista-mine shifted to the right in non-parallel manner,the pD2' values were 4.12 and 5.38 respectively.
