本文采用二阶导数分光光度法直接测定醋酸洗必泰漱口液的含量。实验结果证明：本法简便、正确、重现性好。在５０～２００μｇ／ｍｌ浓度范围内线性良好。γ＝０．９９９７，ＲＳＤ＝０．６％。
