回春至宝口服液质量标准的研究

Study on the quality standards of Huichun Zhibao Oral Liquid (HZOL)

本文采用薄层层析法对回春至宝口服液中红参、鹿茸、淫羊藿的有效成分进行定性；以ＨＰＬＣ法对主要成分之一的淫羊藿内的有效成分淫羊藿甙进行含量测定，方法准确、灵敏、重现性好，回收率达９８．９７％，ＲＳＤ＝１．５３％

In this paper, thin layer chromatography (TLC) was used to destinguish the active components of Ginseng,Hairy Antler, and Epimedium Herb in HZOL and high-performace Liquid chromatorgaphy (HPLC) to determine quantitatively the content of icariin,one of the main active components in epimedium herb in HZOL. The method was accurate,sensitive,and reproducable with the average recovery=98. 97% and RSD=1. 53% ( n=3)
