摘要
OLA对不同致炎剂引起的大鼠足垫肿胀、二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀及乙酸引起的小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高均有明显抑制作用.OLA使大鼠炎性组织释放的PGE量减少,抑制大鼠棉球肉芽组织增生,同时伴有肾上腺增重及胸腺缩小.
Oleanolic acid (OLA)with a structure of triterpene sapogenin exists widely in many plants.It has recently been used for treating acute icterohepatitis.In the present study,the anti-inflammatory action of OLA was reported.OLA inhibited the swelling of mouse pinnae induced by xylene and the edema of hind paw elicited by injection of 1% carrageenin 0.1 ml,fresh egg white 0.1 ml or 2.5% formaldehyde 0.1 ml in rats.OLA suppressed the increased vascular permeability in-duced by ip 0.7% acetic acid in mice and decreased the content of prostatglandin E in inflammatory tissue of rats.OLA also showed a clear inhibition on the proliferation of granuloma induced by cotton-pellet in rats,together with the weight increase of adrenal and the weight decrease of thymus.
