摘要
麻雀的消化道在繁殖期总重量、鲜重及干重均高于繁殖前期,分别增加了61.21%、39.42%和32.12%。其中小肠的长度、重量、鲜重及干重也明显增加了4.92%、132.95%、173.74%和128.33%,而胃内含物重量的增加更为显著。表明了鸟类在繁殖期间通过改变消化道的形态以增加对能量的需求,是鸟类保证繁殖成功的生存对策之一.
The digestive tract structure and function in the tree sparrow(Passer montanus) during reproductive and before reproductive period were compared,The TOTL.TOTC.TOTE and TOTD of digestive tract had obvious changes,and increased 1.05,1.61,1.39 and 1.32 times separately.The SIL.SIC.SIE and SID of small intestine in reproductive period were higher than those before reproductive period,and increased 4.92%,132.95%,173.74% and 128.33% respectively.The weight of stomach content increased markedly and increased 2.8 times during reproductive period.The results showed that the most important gut change that permitted the increased rate of food intake was the increase in intestine volume and absorptive surface area(via the increase in the weight and the length),it was one of the adaptive survial strategys that the sparrow maintained reproductive ability by means of the regulation of the weight and the length of digestive tract.
