摘要
通过对小鼠微循环观察和大鼠血液酸碱平衡分析试验,研究了T2毒素对机体内稳态的影响。T2毒素单次ip 3.67 mg/kg可引起小鼠严重的微循环障碍。单次sc 0.6 mg/kg可引起大鼠急性代谢性酸中毒,并出现呼吸代偿,表现为反射性过度换气,代偿程度为非完全性,不是复合性酸碱平衡紊乱。
The microcirculation study and blood acid-base balance analysis tests were carried out to evaluate the effect T2 toxin on homeostasis.T2(3.67 mg/kg,ip)caused severe dysfunction of microcirculation in mice.Arteriole and venule calibers in auricula were dilated,and blood flow rate in it was decreased 2-24 h after T2 toxin poisoning.The above phenomena were much more prominent in venous system.Mean while,the calibers of capillary dilated,the number of it increased,and the aggregation of RBC appeared.The decrease of blood flow rate lasted for 4 d.Acute metabolic acidosis took place in rats poisoned by T2 0.6 mg/kg sc.The values of blood gas parameters pH BB and HCO3-were decreased,and the negative value of BE was evidently elevated.Partialrespiratory compensation was shown by the decrease of Pco2 and the elevation of Po2 followed soon afterwards.There was intense arteriole and venule dilation leading to the pronounced blood stagnancy in the capillary bed.And then,the effective circulatory blood volume(ECBV)rapidly decreased.The perfusion volume was insufficient in tissues and organs,and there were disturbances in substance metabolism and exchanges.Cell hypoxia intensified anaerobic metabolism,and the acidic products were raised resulting in metabolic acidosis.Finally,the homeostasis of the body as a whole was disrupted.
