摘要
本文研究了用锑钼杂多酸与工基罗丹明B的显色反应。在盐酸介质中,硼锑钼形成的杂多酸被抗坏血酸还原成钼蓝型并与工基罗丹明B形成四元组合体系,经聚乙烯醇增溶,直接在水相中测其吸光度,最大吸收波长城90nm,表现摩尔吸光系数ε_590=2.03×l0 ̄5,硼浓度在0.2~2.0μg/25ml范围内服从比尔定律。方法用于分析钢中微量酸溶硼,获得满意结果。
In this paper, a spectrophotometric method was described for the determination of B based on the ion-associatecomplex formed by heteropoly acid with BRB in the presence of PVA-124 and vitamin C.Its maxium molar absorptivity is 2.O3 × l0~5 L· mol^-1· cm ^-1.Beer’s law is obeyed in the rang of O.2 to 2.0 μg per 25m.The methocl has been applied to the determination of boron in steel with satisfactory results.
