摘要
本文合成了一种新的测定铝的高选择性的荧光试剂:7-(8-喹啉偶氮)-8羟基喹啉-5-碘酸(QAHQS)。在弱酸性介质(pH5.2)中,试剂能与铝离子形成发黄色荧光的络合物,其荧光峰位于490nm。反应具有较高的灵敏度和选择性。利用此反应建立了一种新的测定痕量铝的新方法。其检出限可达到20ng/ml。方法用于无机盐试剂及水中痕量铝的测定。
A high selective fluorescent reagent 7-(8-quinolylazo)-8-hydroxyquinoline-5-sulfonic acid has been synthesized. In the weak acidic medium (pH5.2) the reagent could form a yellow fluorescent complex exhibiting a maximum of emission fluorescence spectrum at 490nm. The reaction showed high selectivity and sensitivity for aluminium ions. A new spectrofluorimetric method for the determination of trace aluminium using above mentioned reagent has been developed. The detection limit of the method has been found to be 2.0ng/ml. The method could be used to determine aluminium in some inorganic chemicals and water samples. The results found were satisfied.
