摘要
本文推荐8%乙酰丙酮─8%乙醇溶液作为镀锌灰中ZnCl2和ZnO的选择性溶剂。在室温条件下电磁搅拌浸取分离(30min)后,即可用银量法测定浸出液中的ZnCl2和用EDTA法测定其总锌量,差减而得ZnO的含量。方法简便、快速、干扰少,用于镀锌灰中ZnCl2和ZnO的分离测定,获得了比较满意的结果。
Acetylacetone-ethylalcohol solution has been recommended as a new selective dissolvent for separation ZnCl_2 and ZnO in the galvaniser's ash in this paper. After leaching 30 min by electro-magnetic stirring at room temperature with 100ml 8% acetylacetone-8% ethylalcohol solution ZnCl_2 is determined by argentometric titration, the total Zn amount is determined by EDTA titration and the ZnO is given by difference between the two determinations. the method has been used to determine ZnCl_2 and ZnO in the galvaniser's ash with satisfactory results.
