摘要
本文研究了Ｆｅ（Ⅲ）－ＰＡＮ络合物吸附波。在０．２０ｍｏｌ／ＬＨＡｃ介质中加入１．５×１０－５ｍｏｌ／ＬＰＡＮ，在３ｍｌ乙醇存在下，总体积为１０ｍｌ，Ｆｅ（Ⅲ）浓度在８．９×１０－９～３．６×１０－６ｍｏｌ／Ｌ范围内与峰电流呈线性关系。Ｅｐ＝－０．４５ｖ（ｖｓ．ＳＣＦ）。用于自来水及人发中铁的测定，结果满意。
The polarographic wave of Fe (Ⅲ) -PAN complex in 0.2mol/L HAc solution was studied. The optimum conditions are 1.5×10￣-5mol/L PAN and 3ml ethyl alcochol/10ml. The potential of peak is -0.45V (vs SCE). The linear range between the peak current and the concentration of Fe (Ⅲ) is from 8.9×10￣-9 to 3.6 ×10￣-6 mol/L. The characters of polarographic wave and mechanism of complex have been studied. The method has been used for determination of trace amount of Fe (Ⅲ) in water and human hair. The results are satisfactory.
