摘要
本文研究了Fe(Ⅲ)-PAN络合物吸附波。在0.20mol/LHAc介质中加入1.5×10-5mol/LPAN,在3ml乙醇存在下,总体积为10ml,Fe(Ⅲ)浓度在8.9×10-9~3.6×10-6mol/L范围内与峰电流呈线性关系。Ep=-0.45v(vs.SCF)。用于自来水及人发中铁的测定,结果满意。
The polarographic wave of Fe (Ⅲ) -PAN complex in 0.2mol/L HAc solution was studied. The optimum conditions are 1.5×10 ̄-5mol/L PAN and 3ml ethyl alcochol/10ml. The potential of peak is -0.45V (vs SCE). The linear range between the peak current and the concentration of Fe (Ⅲ) is from 8.9×10 ̄-9 to 3.6 ×10 ̄-6 mol/L. The characters of polarographic wave and mechanism of complex have been studied. The method has been used for determination of trace amount of Fe (Ⅲ) in water and human hair. The results are satisfactory.
