摘要
对在使用高压汞灯生产维生素D时醋酸铅溶液滤光器提高维生素D得率进行了研究。结果表明,醋酸铅溶液对于生成维生素 D 的光异构反应来说具有良好的吸收光谱特性,经过醋酸铅溶液滤光后,光源的光谱有了明显改善,因此,维生素 D 的得率比不加溶液滤光器时的得率有明显增加。
UV absorption specrum of lead acetatesolution with defferent concentration and thepossibility of application of this filter solutionin industrial production of vitamin D havebeen investigated since lead acetate solutioncan remove most UV light of shorter wavelength(<275nm),The emission spectra of a highpressure mercury lamp is more suitable forthe photoisomerization reaction of vitamin Dusing the filter solution of 5% lead acetate hasincreased the yield of vitamin D by 20~25%in comparison with that without this filtersolution.
