Inclusion-complex of Paeonol with β-cyclodextrin

本文探讨了丹皮酚-β-环蝴精包合物的制备工艺,通过显微、X-射线衍射、荧光观察等方法比较了包合前后理化性质的变化,证明是包舍而不是简单的混合,并比较了包合前后的稳定性、溶解度及溶出速率。实验结果表明:丹皮酚以包合物形式存在时稳定性增强、溶解度增大、溶出速率提高,将丹皮酚制成包合物有利于提高本品在固体制剂中的稳定性和生物利用度。

The preparation of inclusion-complex of paeo-nol with β-cyclodextrin was investigated.Paeonol was compared with it's inclusion-c-omplex using microscopic,X-ray diffractionand fluorescenes.The results showed that pa-eonol and β-cyclodextrin were not simply mix-ture but inclusion complex.The solubility,st-ability and dissolution rate of paeonol in inc-lusion-complex were greater than paeonol.
