反相离子对色谱预测bronopol洗剂有效期

Ion pair reversed phase HPLC used in study of bronopol Iotion’s stability

bronopol 洗剂为一新型广谱抗菌消毒剂。本文采用反相离子对高效液相色谱技术,用化学动力学恒温加速实验法,在85,90,95,100℃4个温度下测定了 bronopol 洗剂不同受热时间的含量变化。结果表明 bronopol 洗剂是一稳定的制剂,其 K25°=5.36×10^(-6)(h^(-1)),t^(25°)_(0.9)=19700h。本文建议 bronopol 洗剂暂定有效期2年。

The stability of bronopol lotion,a newwide-spectra antiseptic,was studied using ionpair reversed-phase HPLC method,The de-crease of bronopol in the lotion was deter-mined by the accelerated-chemical kinetic test,heating for different length of time at 85,90,95 and 100℃ respectively.The results ofthe experiment indicated that the lotion isa stable preparation with K_(25)■=5.36×10^(-6)(h^(-1))and t_(0.9)^(25)■=19700(h).We suggestthat the duration of shelf-life of bronopollotion be two years.
