双波长法测定硝酸毛果芸香碱滴眼剂含量

摘要 本文报告了用双波长等吸收点及系数倍率分光光度法在尼泊金乙酯存在下直接测定硝酸毛果芸香碱的方法。和目前现有方法比较,简化了操作,井有良好的专属性、位确度和精密度,同时还能定量尼泊金乙酯。在国产753WA 型分光光度计上测定,平均回收率分别为99.84%及99.51%(CV为0.90%及0.88%)。 Pilocarpine nitrate was determined in thepresence of nipagin A by equal absorbancepoints of dual-wavelength and signal multiplespectrophotometry.Compared with the curre-ntly used this method simplified the oper-ative procedure and had good specificity,exactness and accuracy.Besides it canquantify nipagin A.The average recoveriesoperated on 753 WA spectrophotometrywere 99.84%(cv=0.90%)and 99.51%(cv=0.88%),respectively.
