摘要
就在设计卧式球墨铸管退火炉时，如何按加热、保温、快冷与缓冷四个温度控制区实现铸管热处理曲线，在炉子结构、加热与冷却方式上应遵循的设计原理，以及护于电气和热工控制的设计问题作了介绍．
This Paper introduces how to accomplish the design principles which should be followed by the heat treatment curves of duCtile iron pipe at such four temperature zones as heating, insulating,quick-cooling and slow-cooling zones and furnace structure,heating and cooling methods,and electricity and thermal control in the design of ductile iron pipe annealing furnace.
