市场经济条件下企业能源管理的思考

REFLECTION ON ENERGY MANAGEMENT OF ENTERPRISE UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCE OF MARKET ECONOMY

针对当前冶金企业在确定和完善市场经济过程中，能源管理面临的现状和存在问题，探讨研究了市场经济条件下能源管理的特点、模式和方法．认为市场经济条件下能源管理是“企业行为”，即企业应从自身的利益出发，在政府能源等有关政策、法规的约束下，自主去决定企业的有效能源管理的模式和手段。

In view of present situation and problems faced by energy management of metallurgical enterprise in the process of determining and perfecting market economy, this peper inquires into the characteristics, mode and method of energy management under the circumstance of market economy.Energy management,under the circumstance of market economy,is considered as enterprise behaviour which means that, starting from the benefit of its own, enterprise should determine the mode and measure of effective energy management on its own under the limit of government's policy and laws and regulations on energy and so on.
