his paper introduces the technology that exhaust-heat boiler is used to recover the flue waste heat of 8 coal-firing steel wire heat treatment muffles in a steel cable plant to produce steam for steel wire surface treatment.This system brought about tangible results on the aspects of recovering waSte heat,cleaning dust, intensifying flue discharge of the mumes and providing high reliable steam for steel wire continuous production line.
