摘要
用可编程控制器TI545对太钢一轧厂加热炉实现了回路控制和数学模型化控制.介绍了各控制回路系统的组成、控制算法及策略,重点论述了控制状态方程的建立及用精确的离线段法模型,实现炉温动态补偿和炉内总括热吸收率的动态补偿的方法.
ulti-loop control and mathematically modelling control are realized on reheating furnace by programmable controller TI 545 in Rolling Works No.1 of TISC. The composition, control algaerithm and strategy of each control loop system are introduced in this paper. The paper emphatically discusses the establishment of state equation and the method for using accurate off-line zone method model to realize the dynamic compensation of repeating furnace temperature and of total heat exchange faCtor in furnace.
