作者联系本馆实际,在分析诸种影响因素的基础上,提出了摆脱困境的对策:科学而周密地制定馆藏建设的指导方针;开展读者文献需求的调查;重视与本校出国、留学人员信息交往,拓宽新的资料来源,进一步加强馆际互借,促进资源共享。
Based on an analysis of the factors influencing collection development for teachers' reading room, following measures were put forward for libraries to extricate themselves from their predicaments: working out scientific and well conceived guidelines for collection development; conducting regular investigations of users' needs for literature; paying attention to information exchange with students studying abroad to expand information sources; and taking further steps for interlibrary loan and resource-sharing.
