摘要
本实验自1983年以来,以耳垂血为标本,分别采用微生物法和放射免疫法研究了庆大霉素、链霉素、丁胺卡那霉素、卡那霉素、地高辛、苯妥英纳的体内动力学过程。结果证实耳血也能反映体内药物的量变规律且与同步静脉血药浓度问相关性非常显著(置信度99%)。提示当分离、分析微量耳血药物的条件具备时,可以用耳垂血为标本研究药物的体内动力学特征。
The pharmacokinetics using blood from earloboafter administration of drugs was studied by micro-bioassay and RIA separately.The drugs included ge-ntamycin,streptomycin,amikacin,kanamycin,digo-xin,phenytoin(DPH)and methotrexat(MTX).Theresults indicated that the drug concentration-time pr-ofiles fitted in with linear compartment or nonlinearmodels and that the pharmacokinetics calculated wasconsistent with that reported in the literature.Thedrug concentration in blood earlobe was significantlycorrelated with that in vein(confidence level 99%).
