摘要
从结焦过程原理出发,通过对常规焦炉所产焦炭的质量分布分析,同时引用高炉使用不同粒级焦炭的生产操作数据,论述了中心加焦用焦的选择原则,表明适宜地选择焦炭粒级后,可改善炉缸焦炭床的透气透液性,有利于加风强化和对炉缸衬砖的保护,达到高产稳产的目的,并且使不同质量的焦炭得到合理使用.
n the basis of the principles of coking process, this paper,by analyzing quality distribution of coke produced by conventional coke oven and quoting production data of blast furnace using different size of coke, discusses the coke-chosing principle of centre coke charging. It has been shown that the permeability of dead-man will ie improved when the coke size is chosen properly. This can benefit for strengthening air-pumping, protecting liner of hearth and, for achieving high and stable yields.Meanwhile, cokes of different qualities can be uest reasonably.
