摘要 本文着重阐述了宝钢热轧厂加热炉的板坯温升、最优燃烧控制设定点和R4后温度反馈自适应计算机数学模型,及待轧策略的建立原则和依据,并联系生产实践指出了有关模型的不足之处以及发展方向。同时对燃烧控制系统进行了说明和分析,从连铸热板坯的运输冷却模型、热装工艺、离线板坯加热数学模型、终轧温度控制和低温轧制等方面对连铸、加热、轧钢生产过程提出了系统优化的问题。 his paper emphatically expounds the principles and basis for setting unrolling tragedy as well as the computer mathematical models of blank temperature rising, given point of optimum combustion controlling, and of temperature feed back self-adjusting behind R. of reheating furnace in Hot Rolling Brance, BISGC. By relating production practice, the deficiencies of relevent models are pointed out. The combustion control system is also explained and analyzed inthis paper. The system optimization of continuous casting, heating and rolling process is set forth on the aspects of conveying cooling model of continuous casting blank, hot charging technology, heating mathematical model of off-line blank, final rolling temperature control, and of low temperature rolling.
