桦树液化学成分及保健作用的初步研究

Chemical constituents of birch liquid and their effects

本文对采自黑龙江省黑河地区林场的桦树液进行了化学成分及保健作用的研究,测得含有干物质0.77～0.85%、还原糖1.14%,以及钙、磷、锌、硒等15种微量元素。动物实验结果初步证明,桦树液能增进幼小动物发育、促进动物生长,增重免疫器官,抗疲劳,且常规服用安全。测得口服LD_(50)及其可信限为45.941±8.650g/kg。连续应用后对脏器功能及形态无不良反应。

Studies on the birch liquits the chemical cons-tituents showed that there were dry material(0.77～0.85%),reducing sweet(1.14%),13 kinds of aminoacids,calcium,phosphorus,zinc,selenium,and 15kinds of trace elements.Experiments proved thatthe birch liquid can promote the development of ani-mals,increase the weight of immune organs,andcombat tiredness.The LD_(50) was measured and the-dependence limit was 45.941±8.650g/kg.No harm w-as found to the internal organs of the body after c-onsistent oral administration of the birch liquid.Itcan be used routinely.
