无级变速器链轮型面复杂，要在回转母线为圆弧的锥台表面铣出６０条辐射状的弧底径向齿槽，通常需要专用机床。本文介绍了改装立式铣床加工链轮的成功经验，简便可靠。
The shape of a chain gear of stepless transmission is complicated,in order to mill 60 radiation radial gullets on the truncated cone whose rotary generation line is an arc,a special machine is needed usually.This article introduces the successful experience that modifing vertical miller to machine chain gear.This method is simple and reliable.
