粉末联轴器是一种节能型联轴器，并可实现异步电动机软起动。本文介绍了粉末联轴器的构造和工作原理，并针对原联轴器试车过程中出现的问题，在分析联轴器运行状态的基础上，具体制订出合理的介质配方和安装调试方案，从而使联轴器顺利起动，一次试车成功，并投入了正常使用。

Powder coupling is an energy-saving coupling and can realize the soft start of asynchronous motor.In this paper the author introduces the structure and operating principle of powder coupling,and the rational dielectric formulation and scheme of installation and trial run are made out specifically in accordance with the problem appeared in the test run of the original powder coupling and on the basis of analysing the coupling's running state.Thus made the coupling start smoothly,first trial run succeed,and be put into normal use.
