本文简要介绍了国内外小型轧机设备的一般情况，提出了冶金行业进一步推进小型轧机国产化，加快小型材生产线技术改造的建议，强调了小型材轧线设备国产化同小型材生产连续化是分不开的，必须同时推进的观点。

In this paper introduces the general information of mini mill equipments domestic and overseas ,makes a proposal to promote domestic-build as well as to make in-line equipments and continuous running modernized,and points out that these two parts should not be split off.
