The design of rhombic billet tilter used in 750mm blooming mill

无锡钢厂ф７５０ｍｍ初轧机生产１０５ｍｍｘ１０５ｍｍ小方坯时采用箱－菱孔型轧制，本文介绍该初轧机菱形坯翻钢机的设计。该翻钢机采用翻钢板式结构，直接装设在推床上，结构简单，同时翻钢机构距轧辊较近，便于菱形坯对准孔型，投产后运行正常，达到了设计要求。

Wuxi Steel Plant is employing the box-rhombic groove in Φ750mm blooming mill to produce 105mmx105mm billet. The design of rhombic billet tilter is illustrated in this paper.The tilter has a compact turnover plate structure which is directly fitted in the pusher.It is located near the roller to make the alignment of rhombic billet and groove easier.It has met the requirement of the design and has been put into operation successfully.
