化学合成枳实有效成分——对羟福林和N-甲基酪胺临床资料总结

Synthetic synephrine and N-methyltyramine as efficacious components from Zhishi(Citrus auratium L.)for treatment of shock patieuts

化学合成的枳实有效成分对羟福林和 N-甲基酪胺按1∶1重量组合治疗各类休克病人,在省内外12家医院共计252例,总有效率89.7%,其中显效65.8%。疗效结果表明,该药对成人和小儿各种类型的休克均有较好疗效,毒副作用极小,安全皮大,具有强心升压,增加冠脉流量、肾动脉流量和利尿作用。

Synthetic synephrine and N-methyltyrami-ne,the efficacious components in Zhishi(Citrusauratiunm L.)in 1:1 weight composition we-re used for the treatment of 252 shock patientsin 12 hospitals with an overall effective rateof 87.9%.The significant effective rate was 65.8%.Therapeutic results indicated that preparatiorwith low toxicity and side-effects preparationsignificantly increased cardiac contractility,co-ronary artery flow,renal artery flow and diure-tic effects.
