宝钢四辊冷轧机轧辊次表层剥落的力学分析以及工作辊表面硬化深、支承辊重磨量的合理确定

摘要 结合宝钢2030五机架冷连轧机的结构和使用特点,通过对四辊轧机轧辊辊面次表层接触应力场和疲劳强度条件的分析,计算出深部接触疲劳当量应力随层深变化的结果;根据疲劳当量应力峰值所在的位置,讨论了工作辊的表面淬硬深度和支承辊重磨量大小的合理确定问题,对防止辊面早期剥落、延长其寿命,有一定的参考价值。 Combined with the design and use feature of baosteel 2030mm five-stand cold rolling mill,through analysis on contact stress field and fatigue strength condition of the rollerl's subsurface of fourroller mill,the result of equivalent stress of contact fatigue in the depth changed with the depth is calculated;according to the place where the value of equivalent stress of fatigue reaches a peak,the rational determinations of case hardensity depth of working rollers and regrinding allowance of backing rollers are discussed,which is of reference value to.preventing the roller's surface early spalling and longing its life.
