地高辛和新抗凝相互作用的研究

我院心外科手术后,常用地高辛合并新抗凝来控制心功能和预防血管内栓塞,在血药浓度监测中发现地高辛和斩抗凝合用时,地高辛的血浓度低于单用地高辛。为了进一步探讨两药合用的相互作用,试用家兔验证,实验结果证实新抗凝能加速地高辛的排泄,导致其血浓度降低:地高辛加强新抗凝的作用,延长了凝血酶原时间。此结果与临床观察相符。

In this report,the results of animal experi-ments provided further evidence that acenocoumarolcan accelerate the excretion of digoxin there bydecreasing the concentration in blood and extendingthe time of thrombogen.The finding was coincidedwith the results of our clinical practice.
