胆管胆色素结石及其难溶残渣的粉晶X射线衍射分析

ANALYSIS OF PIGMENT STONES AND THEIR RESIDUES BY X-RAY DIFFRACTION

本文应用粉晶X射线衍射的方法,对胆色素结石及其难溶残渣进行了对照分析,提供了胆色素结石及其难溶残渣中晶体物质组成的新资料,对胆色素结石的成因和溶石研究具有重要价值。

The causes of the formation of pigment stones (PS) are complex. It is very important to study the residues of PS. In this paper, the physical phases of powder crystal structures of PS and their residues were identified by X-ray diffraction.In the results, the samples of PS and their residues were divided into three groups (type) depended on their characters in spectrography, and calcium stearate and alpha triolein etc. were determined for the first time. Data obtained might be useful for discussing the causes of the formation of PS and studying the dissolution of PS.
