糖尿病患者肺功能的研究

INVESTIGATION ON PULMONARY FUNCTION OF THE PATIENTS WITH DIABETES MELLITUS

通过对60例糖尿病患者及62例正常人进行通气功能、小气道功能(V_(50)、V_(25))弥散功能等肺功能检查,结果表明:NIDDM组比对照组V_(50)、V_(25)和DLCO减低有显著意义(P<0.05),IDDM组比对照组TLC、FEV_(1.0)%、V_(50)、V_(25)和DLCO减低有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。

The widespread and in depth investigations on the pulmonary changes of DM Pts have been dceumented abroad. Some revealed that the abnormalities of pulmonary function usually existed in DM. So far, no similar report has been found in China. In this study, ventilation small airway function (■_(25), ■_(50)) and diffusion capacity were tested in 60 cases of DM Pts and 62 healthy subjects respectively. The results showed that there was a significant difference between NIDDM grcup and control group (p<0.05) in ■_(50) ■_(25) and DLCO and that there existed temarkedly significant difference between IDDM group and control group (p<0.01) in the decreased values of TLC, FEV_(1.0)%, ■_(50), ■_(25) and DLCO.
