八氯二丙醚(S_2)增效谱的实验研究 被引量:6

摘要 本文采用点滴法以家蝇为试虫,研究了S_2对四类二十一种常用杀虫剂的增效作用。实验结果显示:S_2对功夫菊酯、氰戊菊酯、氯菊酯、氧化乐果、久效磷、灭多威有明显的增效作用,共毒系数(CTC)在150—200之间;S_2对溴氰菊酯、二溴磷、硫丹、巴沙具有显著增效作用CTC>200。这为S_2合理用于开发系列复配制剂奠定了基础。 将S_2加入不同药剂中,采用喷射剂室内药效测定方法(GB13917.1—92),结果显示S_2能使杀虫剂对蚊蝇的击倒速度增加,致死率提高。其中使巴沙、EBT、强力毕那命、氯菊酯、胺菊脂对淡色库蚊的击倒速度(KT50)增加一倍以上。这为S_2用于开发多种不同剂型提供了科学依据。 The article adopts topica! application and take Musca do-mestica as expermental insect. studied the syncrgism of S2 to 21 common used insecticides of four classifications. The results showed that the synergism of S2 is obviousto Cy-nalothrin, Fenvalerate, Permethrin, Omethoate, Monocro-tophos, Methomyl, their CO-toxicity coefficients (CTC) are about 150-200;and also more obvious to Deltamethrin, Naled,Endosulfan,Bassa,their CTC are above 200.The result lay a foundation for S2 to be reasonablyused to exploit scries of mixed pesticides. The results of laboratory efficacy test for spraying S2 added to different pesticides showed that the S2 can increase striking veloicityand killing proportion of 9 secticides tested to mosquitoes andflies. In addition.it increased more than one time of striking velocity of Bassa,d-Allethrin,Permethrin, Tetrametbrin to Culex pipiens pallens. It provide scientific basis for S2 to be used to exploit kinds of diffierent formulation types.
