在研究S2增效谱的基础上,选取S2与硫丹、二溴磷复配研制成——溴丹乳油。经室内毒力测定其对家蝇的共毒系数(CTC)为350.5:对抗溴氰菊酯的家蝇CTC为254.0。增效作用显著,该剂对家蝇击倒快,KT50为4.18分,现场应用对蚊蝇20分钟杀灭率在90％以上,联合毒性为相加作用而不增毒,毒性及成本分别低于硫丹的1/5和1/2,具有使用经济、有效、安全的特点。
